We’ll handle everything from advancing riders and providing technical specs to connecting you with local vendors. We also love helping people in the community bring their big dreams to life—whether they’re new to event planning or experienced. We are accustomed to working with a wide range of experience and preparation.”

 

Kari Womack, KST’s Event Coordinator:

“We take care of the front-of-house stuff too, like setting up lobby displays and activities, as well as handling box office operations so you can focus on enjoying your event. Our experienced team is there for you and your guests –  to answer any questions your guests may have about seating, parking, accessibility, or nearby restaurants—basically, anything they need to feel comfortable.”
