All it takes to change the world is just one honest leader and true champion of the “little guy.”  Can Jim Trafacant, a convicted felon and disgraced ex-congressman, become that leader?

Trapped is a powerful play about personal transformation and redemption. Jim battles with his conscience as he stews in solitary confinement. He is visited by Lisa, a mysterious woman who attempts to make him re-evaluate his life but struggles to get him to see the light. There are three distinct and complicated characters: Jim, who yearns to do good but cannot admit his wrongs; Lisa who plays devil’s advocate to win Jim to her side; and the sympathetic Correctional Officer who has overcome his own dark past to find stability. The play is an emotional rollercoaster with striking visual images that reveal each of the characters’ impassioned states of mind.
