Dreams of Hope’s theatriQ ensemble is a space for queer and Trans young people from the ages of 13 – 26 to make theater for radical social change. Members of theatriQ’s performance ensemble work together to create an original play from the ground up!
Whatever your creative practice, there IS space for you to shape the show! An application is required to join theatriQ.

Timeline Overview
- Application Due: Thursday, September 10, 2026
- Sessions: Wednesdays from 5:30pm – 8:00pm, September 16, 2026 – March 31, 2027 with a break for winter holidays.
- Bonus Tech Week: Monday, April 5 – Friday, April 9, 2027
- Tech Week: Monday, April 12 – Thursday, April 15, 2027
- Performances: The weekend of Friday, April 16 – Sunday, April 18, 2027
There is no cost to join, and participants will be paid a stipend for weekly attendance and for performances at the end of the program.
