Maree ReMalia (creator, performer, co-director) is a Tulsa-based dance maker, performer, and teaching artist exploring the moving body as a site of memory, presence, and possibility. Her work welcomes seasoned dancers and curious newcomers into shared movement practice. Adil Mansoor (co-director) is a Pittsburgh-based director centering queer people of color. He’s developed work with The O’Neill, Manhattan Theatre Club, and others. Directing projects include Jonathan Spector’s Eureka Day (City Theater) and Brandon Jacobs-Jenkins’ Gloria (Hatch). This season, he is directing the world premiere of DJ Hill’s Horsegirl and Cowdaddy at Wilma Theater and Soho Rep. Mansoor is a former Sundance Fellow and the 2024 Carol R. David Bernabo (sound design and composition) is a musician, artist, and filmmaker. He has scored films, video games, and dance works, and he performs with the bands Watererer, House Music, and How Things Are Made. His film work documents western Pennsylvania food systems, the studio practices of composers and artists like “Blue” Gene Tyranny and Zoë Welsh, and the histories of iconic arts institutions like the Mattress Factory. Sarah Ashley Cain (producer) is a values-based artistic producer whose works focuses on supporting queer artists and stories. They are currently the Contracts Manager at Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Cain has worked at or consulted for theaters across the East Coast including Pittsburgh Public Theater, Baltimore Center Stage, Woolly Mammoth Theater Company, HERE Arts Center, Yale Cabaret, Yale Repertory Theater, No Rules Theater Company, and Virginia Theater Festival. They serve on the Board of Directors for Live Arts, a community-driven volunteer theater in Charlottesville, VA.

Rona Chang (garment design) is a Taiwanese-born designer and founder of OTTO FINN whose work blends cultural storytelling, sustainability, and textile innovation. Raised between Taiwan and New York City, her aesthetic is informed by a decade photographing Indian, Chinese, and Japanese art at The Metropolitan Museum of Art. She transforms vintage textiles into gender-neutral garments rich in color and pattern. Rona brings a thoughtful approach to design, combining storytelling with deep knowledge of materials, construction, and textile traditions.

Kolton Cotton (media design) is a projection designer and video engineer specializing in content creation and broadcast technologies for theatre and live events. Kolton produces multichannel video systems through networks, projection mapping, and rapid prototyping. His mixed media approach to motion design and asset creation utilizes real-time, 2D, and 3D compositing workflows. His recent credits include Another Kind Of Silence at City Theatre and Enron at Quantum Theatre.

Jenny Johnson (dramaturgy) is the author of In Full Velvet. Her poems and essays have appeared in American Poetry Review, BOMB Magazine, and The New York Times. Her honors include a Hodder Fellowship, an NEA Fellowship, and a Whiting Award. Currently, she is an Associate Professor of Creative Writing at West Virginia University, and she is on the faculty of the Rainier Writing Workshop.

Iliana Tomasa Sharp (assistant director) is a Pittsburgh-based director, choreographer, and playwright who loves blending art forms. As a queer Latinx American from Austin, TX, she aims to engage in storytelling that educates, advocates, and celebrates the act of building community. Ian Thomas (stage manager) is honored to be a part of the team bringing with ourselves, with each other to the Kelly Strayhorn Theater. As a born and raised Pittsburgher, he is thankful to the community for continuing to embrace local artists. He has previously worked on Twelfth Night (Pittsburgh Public Theater), Enron (Quantum Theater), A Sherlock Carol (Kinetic Theatre) and Boeing Boeing (South Park Theater).

Nicole White (lighting design) is ecstatic to be joining the team at Hatch Arts Collective. She’s the resident lighting designer at Alumni Theater Company and Little Lake Theater, as well as a freelancer who has designed shows for companies like Resonance Works, IUP, and Bricolage. She’s also a locations assistant for movies and tv show such as “How to Rob a Bank”, “Mayor of Kingstown”, “The Gymnast”, “Cha Cha Real Smooth”, and “American Rust”.
