Sweat, stretch, and strengthen your way through this energetic class! Using a blend of eclectic exercise movements, this class focuses on all-around wellness. Rejuvenate your connection between body and mind through aerobic dance phrases and mindful meditations. This class is a dance party that’ll help your physical, mental, and emotional health soar. All levels of ability are welcome to experience the benefits of this motivational community class.


ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Ethan Gwynn (DanceFit) is a Performer and educator specializing in various forms of dance discipline. He was born State College Pennsylvania where he began his dance training at the Performing Arts School of Central Pennsylvania under the guidance of Andrea Hill and Lane Grosser. He continued his training at both at the the Alvin Ailey American Dance School and the French Ballet Academy. Ethan has continued to perform with companies such as Project 44, Tanz Theater, Staycee Pearl Dance project,Bloodline Dance Theater, Pennsylvania Dance Workshop, and Mystic Dance. Ethan has also worked with artists such as Matthew Rushing, Nicholas Vilenueve, Nai Ni Chen, Renee Robbinson, and Leonie Stein. Recently Ethan finished four season working with the Nai Ni Chen Dance company in New York City. Currently he just started his first season working with Attack Theatre.

Let’s Move Family Dance Party

Celebrate The Alloy School journey with our Showcase and Let’s Move Family Dance Party on at Kelly Strayhorn Theater. Each class will present material from their class session on the mainstage, after which we move to the lobby for family beats and community crafts.
