Ready to play as a family? This “Parent & Me” class is for boosting physicality and imagination! Discover stories, make crafts, and engage in fun games that spark creativity, all while developing body awareness and literacy skills. Parent attendance is complimentary, although not required for parents of participants ages 4 and over.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Taylor Couch (Creative Play) is a Teaching Artist and working performer who specializes in creative movement, arts-integrated learning experiences, and Early Childhood Education. With an MA in Drama and Performance Studies from the Queen’s University of Belfast and a Bachelor’s in Education and Developmental Studies from IUP, Taylor is interested in the impact performance can have on everyday life, especially for the youngest members of our communities.

Celebrate the 8-week Alloy School journey with The Alloy School Showcase and Let’s Move! Family Dance Party on Saturday, April 8, 2023. Join us in the theater for a fun public presentation from each Alloy School class that shares participants’ growth and learning. Then, come with us to the lobby for a DJ’ed dance party for the public and Alloy School participants alike!
