Get moving, get grounded, and discover the joy of West African dance with Balafon West African Dance Ensemble. All bodies, ages, and experience levels welcome — whether you’re here to build real dance skills, find a new workout that doesn’t feel like one, or simply lose yourself in the rhythm.
This is a high-energy, beginner-friendly class rooted in the fundamentals of West African dance. Expect a full-body workout powered by infectious rhythms, taught at a pace that works for you.
Drop-ins always welcome. Class series also available for consistent practice.
