Adult Jazz Dance Heels Club is a beginner class for ages 18+ with no previous experience required. The 20-week series, instructed by Arnita Thompson, will take students through jazz techniques, musicality, rhythm and history, utilizing an adaptive movement vocabulary to build a communal space for artistry and fun. These classes are for enhancing exercise, socialization, and stress relief.
