KST’s Up Next Youth Producers are proud to present Media Talks as a part of Remake Learning Days, May 9-15, 2016, a weeklong celebration of activities showcasing everything that makes Pittsburgh a national leader in innovation, changing how we play and learn.
Media Talks is a youth-focused groundbreaking discussion around media’s influence, cyber bullying, the black lives matter movement, social media itself, and the current political climate. With the many challenges faced in our community, it’s monumental to have youth and community leaders speak about these issues. Following the panel discussion, attendees will be given the chance to talk with the panelists and try to find solutions together.
